Priyanka Chopra Cheers For Mary Kom As Latter Enters Bigg Boss 20; Gives Chaitawani To Contestants
Priyanka Chopra praised Mary Kom’s discipline and warned fellow contestants after the boxing champion entered the reality show for a 105-day stay.
On Sunday, five-time World Champion boxer Mary Kom officially entered the Salman Khan-hosted reality show, Bigg Boss 20, marking her transition from the boxing ring to television.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who portrayed the boxing legend in the 2014 biographical film Mary Kom, maintains a close relationship with the athlete built during production in Manipur.
During the premiere, Chopra sent a video message warning contestants about Mary's powerful knockouts, saying, "Inka Knockout na bohot bhaari parta hai," while urging Mary to remain authentic.
The season features television actors Mahhi Vij and Kanika Mann, Bhojpuri star Amrapali Dubey, and Panchayat actor Aasif Khan alongside digital influencers and musicians.
Mary is set to spend the next 105 days inside the Bigg Boss house, facing a new challenge far removed from her achievements in the boxing ring.
