Police: Martinsville Homeowner Shot and Killed Would-Be Burglar
MARTINSVILLE, Ind.–Police in Martinsville say a homeowner shot and killed a would-be burglar on Sunday. The Martinsville Police Department said in a news release that they were called to the 500 block of West Pike Street around 1:30 pm on a call about a burglary. When they got there, they say they found that the homeowner shot the person. They say the homeowner has been cooperative with detectives and other emergency responders at the scene.
