One board of health on Martha’s Vineyard has officially decided it does not have the bandwidth to enforce the town’s bylaw banning the sale of small single-use plastic bottles.After the Oak Bluffs Select Board asked the board of health for assistance staying on top of the ban, the board of health responded last month that it won’t help, citing an overabundance of other priorities and a lack of town resources.
