Marshall scored four times in the home-half of the fifth inning to break open what was a two-run game en route to a 7-1 victory over Canisius in non-conference softball action Sunday afternoon at Dot Hicks Field in Huntington, W.Va.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Marshall put the finishing touches on a 4-0 weekend with a 7-1 victory over Canisius Sunday at Dot Hicks Field. The Herd (17-8) again saw strong pitching from Jules King with a career-day offensively from Ramey George, who went 3-for-3 with a three-run home run to put the game out of reach in the 5th.
