Marks & Spencer recalls two chicken products after salmonella detected
Marks & Spencer has recalled specific batches of crispy southern fried chicken burgers and chicken kyivs due to salmonella contamination, affecting products sold in Northern Ireland only.
The Food Standards Agency issued a 'do not eat' warning for affected products, which have use-by dates from January 26 to February 1, 2025.
Customers are advised to return the recalled items for a full refund, as salmonella can cause food poisoning symptoms that may require medical attention.
Marks & Spencer is taking immediate action to address the contamination, with notices displayed in stores and customer safety prioritized.
Semper is recalling baby food of the eco brand Mathavre, Salmon & Peas in 235 gram packages. This applies to article number 9,895, with a best before date of October 21, 2026.
