Marita Jean Stevens, age 87, of Milan, Indiana, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2025, at Christ Hospital. She was born on August 22, 1937, in Greensburg, Indiana, the daughter of George and Edna (Stewart) Schwier. A 1955 graduate of New Point High School, Marita married the love of her life, William Robert Stevens, on June 19 of that same year. They shared 64 years of marriage before his passing in 2019.
