A Marion woman is being held without bond following a non-fatal shooting early Tuesday morning.

Charges are pending after a woman shot her husband in Marion early Tuesday. Police responded to the 700 block of First Street around 2 a.m. A man with a gunshot wound to the upper shoulder was fleeing the scene.
