A temporary road closure is planned July 27 through July 31 near Cliff Avenue South and South 223rd Street (map below) for construction and utility work, according to the city of Des Moines. The closure will affect the area between 6th Ave South and 5th Ave South from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, city officials said.
