Don’t let new units of housing become vacation rentals I read the article published Dec. 10 with the headline “Marin builder proposes homes at Stinson Beach Post Office site” with interest. Given the very real needs for housing in that area, I think this will only be a useful project if housing can be limited to certain kinds of occupants. If they become “second homes” or vacation rentals, they won’t help with the workforce housing shortage. Oth…
