Marie is the “drug police” of health care — saw that medicines disappeared

In 2019, safety strategist Marie Jensen began to see that medicines were increasingly disappearing in the hospitals in Lund and Malmö. But there were no proper procedures in place to tackle the problem and police investigations were shut down. Then a special team was introduced to investigate drug thefts, which now more or less hands over completed preliminary investigations to the police.
