Alychlo, the investment company of entrepreneur Marc Coucke, has bought half of the shares of Glacier de la Poste, an ice cream parlor with two locations in Knokke-Heist. The ambition is to expand to ten locations, "while maintaining the quality, atmosphere and artisanal methods that make Glacier de la Poste so unique", it said on Thursday.
