Maple Leafs star Auston Matthews leaves after knee-on-knee hit from Ducks' Radko Gudas

On Thursday night in Toronto, Auston Matthews, 28, Toronto Maple Leafs captain, left after a knee-on-knee collision with Radko Gudas, 35, Anaheim Ducks defenceman, and the Leafs announced he would not return.
Gudas stuck his left leg at high speed after Matthews was alone in the slot in the second period, shortly after the player's goal.
