Fire Chief Steve Isalas is in his first Manteca Fourth of July parade this Saturday. Isalas, who is the city’s 13th fire chief since the city went to a full-time department in 1960, will be driving the oldest engine in the Manteca fleet — the 1927 LaFrance fire engine.
