A 24-year-old Mansfield woman who died in a fiery, two-car crash on Interstate 495 in Foxborough Tuesday evening has been identified as Elizabeth Peter, according to Massachusetts State Police.The crash between a 2018 Ford Escape, driven by Peter, and a 2012 Hyundai Tucson, driven by a 30-year-old man from North Easton, happened at mile 33.8 on I-495 South around 5:15 p.m., state police reported.
