Man’s strange behavior concerns apartment tenants: South Euclid Police Blotter

A resident of the Princeton Park apartments reported Feb. 24 that her neighbor was acting strange and said that she had been instructed to call police if she felt threatened. Two examples she gave included the man following people to their cars and looking into the cars and walking around the complex with his hand is in pocket as if he had a gun because he believed somebody was trying to break into his apartment.
