Mannford officials weigh sale of surplus ambulance, join class action settlement

MANNFORD — During the a special meeting of the Mannford Public Works Authority, members considered the declaration of a non-operational ambulance as surplus property. City Administrator Gerald Haury noted that the ambulance is expected to exceed the $1,000 surplus limit that he is authorized to approve, thus requiring board approval.
