Manchester synagogue attack survivor completes half-marathon recovery goal

Yoni Finlay, wounded in the Yom Kippur terrorist attack outside Manchester’s Heaton Park synagogue, completes a half-marathon less than eight months later, fulfilling a promise he made during his recovery while raising funds for a charity that helped him heal.
