- Ohana highlighted its credentials, noting it is a luxury developer with a $5 billion portfolio, while Husein Salem and Ferran Soriano called the project a lasting legacy and landmark.
- The tie-up is expected to amplify Abu Dhabi’s luxury pipeline, with CBRE data showing a 126 per cent increase in branded-residence transactions and an 87 per cent premium.
- Analysts forecast a busy pipeline, noting the future supply pipeline will deliver more than 2,700 branded units across over 20 projects, with a shift to lifestyle and designer brands from 2027.
