An objector to the construction of a Rotterdam residential tower recently shoved a buyout sum of over 100,000 euros under the nose of the project developer. But director Robert Steenbrugge says he will ‘not give in to this anymore’. ‘There have been situations where I paid a buyout sum, because delaying a construction project would cost much more money.’
