Man uses a thread to steal the contents of a mailbox

A man was caught on surveillance camera stealing a mailbox from the mail in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The police in that area posted on the social network Facebook the images of the hooded and masked suspect, but that you can define parts of his face. So, look at him, if you recognize him.
