FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A Fall River man will be in court this morning to be arraigned on charges in connection to a 2024 murder. 32-year-old Kevin Barton is accused of shooting Joshua Medeiros in Fall River in February of 2024. Medeiros was taken to an area hospital where he died six days later.
