Man steals records from neighbor, then punches neighbor, outside Berea apartment building

BEREA, Ohio – A Berea man, 33, was arrested at about 2 p.m. Aug. 22 after he stole another man’s vinyl records and then attacked the man outside Mill Stream Run Apartments, 674 Prospect Street.Both men lived at Mill Stream Run. The victim, 29, said he had ordered three vinyl records and was expecting them to be delivered that day. However, the records weren’t there.
