A man was stabbed to death in a Southwest Side home late Sunday morning, authorities said. The man, whom the Cook County medical examiner’s office identified as Yonangel X. Martinez, was found in an apartment located at 1418 W. 49th Pl. around 11:20 a.m. Sunday with a stab wound to the chest.
