A man died of a gunshot wound he sustained while in a car that later crashed, Boston Police said.Officers went to the area of 163 Ruthven St. in Dorchest around 10:01 p.m. Thursday for a radio call for a person shot, Boston Police wrote in a statement. Arriving officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
