WALTERBORO, S.C. (WCBD) – Officers have arrested a suspect in connection with a Walterboro apartment shooting that left three people injured. The Walterboro Police Department was called to the Lincoln Apartments off Whitsel Street around 11:19 a.m. on July 21.
