A man has died after he was shot while walking in Pilsen Saturday night The 24-year-old was on a sidewalk about 8:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of West 18th Street when two people approached him and fired multiple shots, Chicago police said. He was shot in the head and knee and taken to Stroger Hospital where he was later pronounced dead, police said. The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified him as Bibiano Ruano. No arrests were reported.
