A Dorchester man was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the fatal stabbing of another Dorchester man in 2018, Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden’s office announced Monday. Ramon Rodriguez-Delgado, 48, was found guilty of first-degree murder on Friday, Hayden’s office previously said in a statement.
