CHEROKEE COUNTY, Al. (WDEF) —  A man has been sentenced to life in prison for heroin trafficking in Cherokee County, Alabama. Kyle Erwin Skinner was convicted on April 17, 2025, during a pre-trial hearing before Judge Andrew Hairston in the Circuit Court of Cherokee County.
