A man was trapped in his car after driving into high water on East 21st Street in Hopkinsville Saturday night. Hopkinsville Firefighters say they were called for a man trapped in his car in high water at the intersection of Woodmill Road but before they arrived the man was able to get out of the car and to higher land.
