Philippos Tsanis was a 20-year-old man of Greek and Polish descent, who lived in Bad Oeynhausen, northeast of Bielefeld. On 22 June, Tsanis attended a graduation party for his sister at the municipal park. He left the event in the early morning hours with a 19 year-old friend, whereupon both of them were attacked by a group of young migrants. Bystanders called emergency services and the victims were taken to a hospital, where Tsanis died two day…
