Man Pleads Not Guilty to Deadly Garden Grove Hit-and-Run

A 29-year-old Stanton man pleaded not guilty Thursday to a deadly hit-and-run collision in Garden Grove three years ago. George Nabil Wahba was charged July 24 with a felony count of hit-and-run with permanent injury. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana and was denied bail.
