A fifty-something living in an illegally built hut in a forest near Dinant has been hanging from a fence on the cliff face of the citadel of the Namur municipality since Thursday. He is also on hunger strike. The man was still hanging there on Saturday evening, confirmed Mayor Richard Fournaux.
