A man is brought to trial for double homicide on Benito Juárez Boulevard Kukulcán

Benito Juárez.- After the Public Prosecutor's Office, through the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Combating the Crime of Homicide, presented the relevant evidence, a Control Judge issued a decision to bring proceedings for a male person, for his probable participation in events possibly constituting the crime of qualified homicide, to the detriment of two victims of reserved identity.

One man, identified as José Jonathan ‘N’, was linked to trial after a supervisory judge found sufficient evidence of his involvement in the double homicide of two people on a public transport bus on Boulevard Kukulcán, in the municipality of Benito Juárez.
