LARAMIE, Wyo. — A Wyoming man was killed by a pickup truck Nov. 28 after he walked onto the highway in Albany County near Laramie. According to a report from the Wyoming Highway Patrol, 35-year-old Matthew Walker, wrapped in a brown blanket, walked into the road along U.S. Highway 30 near mile marker 326.
