Man in Ohio arrested after alleged scam, person said they found a significant amount of money withdrawn from their account

A man in Ohio has been arrested after a scam. The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said they received a a fraud and theft complaint from a local resident who reported a significant amount of money had been illegally withdrawn from their bank account.
