Man in hit-and-run that killed National Guard commander gets 5-10 years in prison

An 82-year-old Rochester man will spend at least five years in prison after being convicted of negligent homicide connected to a hit-and-run crash that killed the commander of the New Hampshire Air National Guard back in July 2024.
