On the 3rd, the Urasoe Police Station arrested a 20-year-old Nepalese national and Japanese language school student from Ginowan City on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act (failure to provide aid) for hitting a male pedestrian with his moped on a sidewalk along National Route 58 in Yafuso 3-chome, Urasoe City, injuring him seriously, and then fleeing the scene. "There's no doubt I caused a traffic accident."
