DIXON Ill. (WTVO) — Dixon Police have identified a woman found dead over the weekend as 33-year-old Stevie Dodillet, of Rochelle, Illinois. The authorities were dispatched to the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue on Sunday, January 28th, to help with a medical call.
