Man faces federal sentencing following local case

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A federal court will decide at a later time what to do with a parolee who was recently convicted of sexual battery. Brandon Turjonis, 37, pleaded guilty last week in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to one count of sexual battery, a third-degree felony, involving a teen girl.
