An 18-year-old man drowned in Lake Arrowhead on Tuesday, July 8. Fire crews responded around 2:15 p.m. to the 27500 block of West Shore Road, where bystanders pointed them to where the man had last surfaced, said Capt. Edgar County IDs man found unresponsive in the water

EDGAR COUNTY, IL (WTWO/WAWV)  Edgar County officials have released the identity of a man who was found unresponsive in the water in June. According to  Edgar County Coroner Scott Barrett,  74-year-old Allen G. Williams of Paris was found unresponsive in the water of Paris Twin Lakes’ East Lake, near his home, shortly after 1 p.m. on June 10.
