Man diving in Isabela dies

Personnel from the Isabela District, attached to the Puerto Rico Police Bureau, are investigating the death of a person by drowning, reported at approximately 9:57 a.m. today through the 9-1-1 Emergency System, at Shacks Beach, located in the Bajuras neighborhood of Isabela.
