Man dies when he falls in the wheel; police are wounded in trying to rescue him.

Delicias, Chih.- The accident occurred at Los Dos Puentes, in the municipality of Rosales; emergency bodies of Rosales and Delicias participated in the rescue operation. On Sunday afternoon, a man died after falling to a noria in Los Dos Puentes, in Rosales. A municipal policeman who tried to rescue him was injured by decompensating inside the structure.
