A 21-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle crash outside Cookstown, County Tyrone. Police said that shortly after 06:45 BST on Friday, they received a report of a collision involving a Seat Leon and a Volkswagen Bora on the Pomeroy Road. They said the male driver of one of the vehicles died at the scene. A woman was also transferred to hospital for treatment for her injuries.
