BISMARCK, N.D. – A 22-year-old man is dead after a shooting late Sunday night in Bismarck. Police were called to the 3500 block of East Rosser Avenue just after 11 p.m. for a reported shooting, where they found Croix Clooten suffering from a gunshot wound inside of a vehicle.
