In the aftermath of a fatal bridge accident in North Carolina, a family in mourning has filed a negligence lawsuit against Google, claiming it failed to update its Maps product in a timely manner. The Philadelphia-based law firm Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky is representing the family. Its local co-counsel from the Ricci Firm filed the lawsuit in North Carolina Superior Court on September 20.
