A man from Atlanta was pulled from the water off the coast of Nags Head Friday morning, according to a release from the town.The 65-year-old man, who was not named in the release, was reported to be in distress in the water around 10:15 a.m. near the Glidden public beach.First responders pulled him from the water, but despite their live-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at The Outer Banks Hospital.
