A 43-year-old man was behind bars Friday on charges of selling and possessing a large volume of narcotics in Fountain Valley and Garden Grove. Fountain Valley police first arrested Minh Hien Tran in May as officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 16000 block of Rosewood Street, police said.
