DETROIT -- A Detroit man is charged with first-degree murder after he allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend following an argument on the morning of Valentine’s Day. Desuan Ross, 31, was arraigned in 36th District Court Sunday in connection with the murder of 29-year-old Eboni Robinson, also of Detroit.
