Man charged with arson in fire at vacant McColl-area home

MARLBORO COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A man has been charged with arson after an abandoned home in the McColl area was set on fire earlier this week, the Marlboro County Sheriff's Office said Friday. Justin Brigman was also charged with possession of crack cocaine and methamphetamine. Deputies said his charge stems from a fire at the home on Bungalow Street.
