LISTEN TO POLICE AUDIO BELOW Law enforcement received a call around 7:49am on March 21st after reports of a domestic incident on Suffolk Street in Buffalo. The 911 caller - who wished to remain anonymous - said that a woman was outside screaming for help from a male party.
